Role Overview​

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams with internal and external customers to deliver impactful solutions. This role is open to both fresh graduates eager to build their careers and experienced professionals (senior roles available for candidates with 4+ years of experience). The Business Analyst will contribute to digital transformation projects, including Generative AI innovations, and will work in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities​:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and needs.

   • Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for projects.

   • Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to align business processes with technical implementations.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.

   • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

   • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders.

3. Process Improvement:

   • Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement.

   • Design and implement optimized workflows using data-driven insights.

   • Facilitate workshops or brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to innovate solutions.

4. Collaboration with Technical Teams:

   • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.

   • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams during the development lifecycle.

   • Assist in testing solutions to validate that business requirements are met.

5. Data Analysis and Decision Support:

   • Leverage tools like Excel, SQL, or visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and identify trends.

   • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

   • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of accurate and relevant data.

6.  Exploration of Generative AI Solutions:

   • Participate in projects leveraging Generative AI for process automation and enhanced decision-making.

   • Explore innovative use cases for AI in business processes.

Requirements:​

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.

• Experience with requirements elicitation techniques, such as interviews, workshops, or surveys.

• Proficiency in creating process documentation and diagrams using tools like drawio, Lucidchart, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
